Our experienced in house Chartered Surveyor (Mr Jonathan Atkinson) has been handling this type of work successfully for over 30 years.
As a company we provide independent professional Valuation advice to Solicitors, Investors and / or Clients in relation to property disputes and offer our services as an Expert Witness.

Housing Disrepair
We offer a range of services as well as providing reports and giving evidence in Court as an Expert Witness – Partly appointed Expert (PAE) or Single Joint Expert (SJE) – In compliance with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 (CPR35) and its associated Practice Direction (PO35).

Landlord and Tenants Reports
Our professional in house surveyor specialises in assessing and reporting on the condition of a building at the end of a Lease Term. As trusted Experts we provide landlords and tenants with accurate and detailed Schedules of dilapidations, outlining responsibilities and rights in accordance with Lease Agreements.
When leaving a residential or commercial premises at lease end, receiving the landlord's Schedule of Dilapidations (SoD) can be a shock! Especially if you feel you have left the property in good condition
